The management team at a Herefordshire pub have had to take the difficult decision to permanently close, due to staff shortages.
The management at The Bell at Yarpole posted the following on Facebook yesterday:
“Sadly, this isn’t a happy post, after all the hurdles we have had to overcome since we opened the there are some we just cannot overcome. Nick and I have put our everything into running the Bell and are so disappointed we find ourselves in this position. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to be open past the 31st October due to staff shortages. Thanks for everyone’s support, Dom.”
However, they do plan to go out in style, with a huge party planned.
“Dust off your dancin’ shoes and come down to The Bell at Yarpole this coming Saturday 30th October.
“Sadly it is the last weekend before the doors close, so come and join us and drink the remaining stock and shake your thang to the very best in 60’s, 70’s and 80’s music. 8:30pm until your knees and hips give up.”
