There is an emergency road closure on Blueschool Street in Hereford this evening, with the road likely to remain closed for several days.
Herefordshire Highways shared the following message on social media this evening:
EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE ⛔

Blueschool Street in Hereford for ground investigation works.
Diversion in place until further notice.
Sargeants buses also confirmed that Herefordshire Council had been in touch with them:
“Good evening everyone. I have just been informed by Hereford Council that Maylord Orchard will not be accessible to all bus services as of 19.00 tonight for at least a week.
“Will keep you updated.”
