SHAPE360 Launches National Veterans and Homelessness Supported Transition Program to Provide Sustainable Pathways to Personal Structure, Stability and Security.

Malvern based SHAPE360 Founder, Andrew Graham is proud to announce the launch of its Veterans and Homelessness Supported Transition Program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to provide comprehensive support for veterans and individuals experiencing, or at risk of, not by choice homelessness as assist them to transition toward stable housing, employment, and long-term independence.

This innovative program aims to bridge the gap between temporary assistance and lasting self-sufficiency by offering a tailored, multi-faceted approach that includes housing assistance, job training, mental health resources, and peer mentorship.

With a strong focus on dignity, empowerment, and sustainability, the initiative will ensure that vulnerable individuals receive the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Andrew emphasised the program’s significance:

“Far too many veterans and individuals at risk of, or experiencing homelessness, struggle with a system that offers short-term relief but lacks long-term solutions.

“Our program is designed to provide not just a safety net, but a launchpad—one that empowers individuals with the tools, resources, and support necessary to reclaim their independence.”

Key Features of the Program:

Transitional & Permanent Housing Support – Secure and stable housing solutions tailored to individual needs.

Employment & Skills Training – Job placement assistance, resume building, and vocational training.

Mental Health & Wellness Services – Access to counseling, addiction recovery, and peer support groups.

Financial Literacy & Life Skills Coaching – Budgeting, credit rebuilding, and independent living preparation.

Veteran-Specific Services – Tailored resources addressing the unique challenges faced by veterans, including PTSD support and benefits navigation.

The program is being launched in partnership with a number of other charities, who will deliver much of the specific services and support clients may need.

Andrew said, “SHAPE360 aim to evaluate the client not the label, then guide and facilitate a controlled and documented tailored transition programme, with the assistance of many already independently functioning exceptional charities. We are on a mission of ending the cycle of homelessness and instability for those who have served our country and those in need of a second chance.”
