Nurse Lucy Letby from Hereford has pleaded not guilty to the murder of eight babies and the attempted murder of 10 others when she was working at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
BBC North West confirmed that Letby attended Manchester Crown Court to enter her not guilty plea. Her trial is expected to take place next October.
