Police have released an image of a man who may be able to help an investigation into an alleged kidnap in Kingsway, Gloucester.
The man, who was seen walking his dog, is being treated as a potential witness and is not a suspect.
A different man has been charged with kidnap in connection with the incident and a woman has been safeguarded.
It is alleged that on Wednesday 22 November in Lossiemouth Road a man forcefully put a woman into a waiting taxi and assaulted her. The vehicle then left the area and a man was arrested the following day. Those involved are known to each other.
