West Mercia Police have shared an urgent message with villagers in the Sutton St Nicholas area of Herefordshire following a disturbing incident that occurred overnight on Tuesday.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: 

“Attention residents of Orchard Close, Cross Keys area of Sutton St Nicholas in Herefordshire (HR1 3AU) and surrounding areas.

“On Tuesday night, at approximately 11.43pm, an incident occurred involving a white male in his 40s. 

“He exposed himself by getting out his genitals, whilst waving at a passer-by. 

“He was accompanied by a woman. The man is described as mainly bald, wearing a red shirt with a black or brown jumper over it, light blue jeans, and trainers that reflected light.

“The woman accompanying him is described as a white female in her 30s with dark hair, wearing light-coloured loose clothing, and using crutches. 

“It appeared they were engaged in intimate activities.

“Shortly after, at around 00.07am, the same man attempted to flag down and chase a vehicle near the Golden Cross Inn pub in Sutton St Nicholas.

“We are appealing for anyone who may have CCTV or Dash Cam footage in the local area who may show these individuals.
