River levels are rising at the Titley Mill river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding is expected by noon on 31/10/2021. We expect flooding to affect low lying land and roads along the River Arrow from Michaelchurch to Brierley. Other areas that may be affected include Kington, Staunton and Eardisland. We expect river levels to remain high over the weekend with further rainfall expected. We are closely monitoring the situation. Flood alert for River Leadon catchment

River levels remain high at the Wedderburn Bridge river gauge as a result of recent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland remains, today Sunday, 31/10/2021. We expect flooding to affect low lying land and roads adjacent to the River Leadon. Locations that may be affected include Ledbury, Much Marcle, Staunton and Tibberton. Water may be out of bank at Upleadon Court. No further heavy rainfall is forecast today, Sunday, 31/10/21. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. River levels are rising slowly at the Lugwardine river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding is occurring. We expect flooding to affect Low lying land and roads adjacent to the River Lugg south of Leominster from Stoke Prior to Mordiford. Other locations that may be affected include Bodenham, Lugwardine and Hampton Bishop. We are closely monitoring the situation. Flood alert for River Wye in Herefordshire

River levels are forecast to rise at the Hay-On-Wye river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding is expected by 18:00 today. We expect flooding to affect low lying land and roads along the River Wye from Hay on Wye to Ross on Wye. Other locations that may be affected include the A438, Byford, Bredwardine and Hereford. River levels have fallen but we are expecting them to rise again Sunday evening and overnight tonight. Predicted Peaks:- Hay on Wye 2.0 to 2.4m this evening, Bredwardine 3.8 to 4.2m this evening, Belmont 3.8 to 4.2m this evening/over night, Old Wye Bridge 3.8 to 4.2m this evening/over night, Mordiford 3.8 to 4.3m Monday, Ross on Wye 3.5 to 3.8m Monday. We expect river levels to remain high over the weekend with further rainfall expected. We are closely monitoring the situation.
