From Hereford Cops:
We are keen to identify a potential victim and a witness to an attempt purse theft on Newtown Road, Hereford. The victims were an older couple. The female was wearing a blue/green coat.
The witness was a male in his 30’s and driving a Tractor & Trailer. This Male intervened and inevitably prevented the theft from occurring.
