Officers are appealing for witnesses to a collision that happened on the A465, Moreton Jeffries road to A417, Burley Gate in Herefordshire.
The collision happened at around 2:30am on 6 July involving one vehicle. The driver has suffered life changing injuries.
Officers carrying out enquiries into the collision are appealing for witnesses, including any motorists on the road around the time of the collision with dash-cam footage.
