Emergency services have spent the morning dealing with an incident on a train heading from Hereford to South Wales.
The train, carrying hundreds of passengers, caught fire near Pontrilas. Staff acted swiftly to ensure that all passengers were evacuated to a safe distance.
Lynne Williams who was onboard at the time of the fire posted on Twitter to thank TFW staff for getting all passengers off the train ‘safely and quickly’.
Train services are likely to be cancelled for a number of hours.
