Hereford Medical Group has issued the following statement today, confirming that it is currently at ‘full capacity’ for appointments.
The statement, shared on its Facebook page said:
“Due to extremely high levels of demand, we are currently at full capacity for appointments.
“Due to the present national health issues that are being felt across the country, the practice is operating under extreme pressure, so we would like to ask that patients please bear with us when trying to make appointments – It is imperative that we maintain a safe environment for our patients.
“We thank you all for your understanding, and we ask that all patients remain courteous to staff when in contact with the surgery as they are working under enormous amounts pressure to meet demand.”
