Emergency services are responding to reports of a second collision on a busy route in Herefordshire this evening.
The incident has occurred on the B4349 between the junction for the A465 (Hereford to Abergavenny Road) and the village of Clehonger.
It is the second collision in the same location this evening.
Emergency services including West Mercia Police are at the scene.
The road is blocked in both directions.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
