A 34-year-old man has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and rape against a young child.
Glenn Poyner, aged 34, living at RAF Benson in Oxfordshire has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, including three counts of rape of a girl under the age of 13 and seven counts of rape of a girl aged between 13 and 15.
The charges relate to incidents that took place between 2018 and 2021 in multiple locations in West Mercia, including in Shropshire and Worcestershire.
He has been released under investigation and is due to appear at Telford Magistrates’ Court on 24 January 2023.
West Mercia Police confirmed the information in a press release on their website this morning.
