On the weekend of the 8th April 2023 a group of rugby players from Luctonians 3rd & 4th team are walking round the entire of the Isle of Wight. 114kms in 24hours is the challenge.
Dave Smith is one of the group taking part in the challenge and he told Your Herefordshire “Over the last 2 years we’ve done a couple of challenges and raised a little over £18k so far.. this year is looking a little slim so far, so any support is massively appreciated”
Dave continued “In the past we completed the Three Peaks challenge and the Jurassic Coast, we’ve raised money for various charities across Herefordshire, the lads are looking forward to it and there’s a great team spirit within the group”
