Promising talent Zac Powell has been praised by Bromsgrove Sporting manager Scott Adey-Linforth following recent involvement in the first team.
Powell, who turned 18 in February, has spent most of the season at Westfields FC in the Hellenic League, after signing for Bromsgrove Sporting in the summer, but a combination of player departures at Bromsgrove and injuries, has led to him getting the opportunity to prove himself at The Rouslers over recent weeks.
Powell was a regular starter at Allpay Park for Westfields, scoring six goals in 21 games.
Bromsgrove Sporting Manager Scott Adey-Linforth described Powell as ‘brilliant’ after coming on as a substitute in a recent 2-1 defeat to Alvechurch and said that Powell was close to making the starting line up.

Powell also came off the bench for 15 minutes in Bromsgrove’s 3-2 victory at St Ives Town on Saturday.
Bromsgrove sit 14th in the Southern League Premier Central.
Powell has enjoyed spells at Shrewsbury Town, Hereford FC U18s, Hereford Pegasus and Westfields FC and will be hoping to continue to impress the management team at Bromsgrove Sporting ahead of pre season.
