Josh Gowling has started his squad building at Edgar Street by retaining Lenell John-Lewis for the 2020/21 National League season.
The experienced forward was Gowling’s first signing after being brought in as caretaker manager, and has now become the first player to commit to the Bulls for the coming season.
John-Lewis scored three times in seven matches for the Bulls before the 19/20 season came to an abrupt halt.
Gowling was pleased to confirm the frontman: “He epitomises the environment that we want at the football club. He makes the players around him better, and he’s the best striker in the league so we’re delighted to have him on board.”
