A popular singer was told to ‘tone it down’ by a member of the public, who reportedly works for the local authority, after performing in Hereford city centre.
In a video that’s gone viral on TikTok, singer Jason Allan is told to sing without an amplifier and then told by the lady who is reportedly from the local authority that she will go and get an enforcement officer.
Jason replied by singing without an amplifier and then the crowd that were watching him joined in as he began to sign again.
