A parent has contacted us this morning after three people reportedly attempted to abduct a young child when shopping this morning in Ledbury.
West Mercia Police have been informed and the incident occurred in Ledbury Town Centre and anyone with any information is asked to contact West Mercia Police quoting reference 282i 191220.
