Emergency services are responding to a serious incident in Hereford this evening.
The incident has occurred on Charles Witts Avenue in the Hunderton area of the city.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are all in attendance.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“We’re currently in attendance at a fire of a property on Charles Witts Avenue.
“Emergency Services will remain on scene and we ask that people please avoid the area.
“Residents are advised to stay indoors and keep their doors and windows closed.”
The road is closed in both directions.
