Tributes have poured in following the death of a popular Hereford man.
Pete Lamb, aged 42 from Hereford, died at the weekend and family and friends have taken to social media to pay tribute to him. Pete was a popular local footballer, with many saying that he was one of the best local footballers that they had played with.
His former club Hinton FC paid tribute to him by saying:
“Terrible News. Pete was a huge part of Hinton FC history and a frequent spectator once his playing days ended. A great loss.”
Another friend said, “Great lad on the pitch! What a player, such sad news.”
