An empty unit in Hereford is set to be filled after a planning application was approved by Herefordshire Council.
The former Oak Furniture Land unit just off Holmer Road in Hereford is set to be taken on by The Food Warehouse by Iceland, following approval by Herefordshire Council.
The unit requires some alterations before the store can open, but approval means that the company can now press ahead with the changes.
The changes include:
“Proposed installation of new bi-parting entrance/exit doors to right hand side of front elevation, new full height shopfront to the remainder of front elevation and section of new shopfront to part of side elevation.”
Iceland had originally hoped to have a frozen section in The Range, but it is believed that plans for this have now been shelved.
