Barri Graham and his partner Naomi tragically lost their daughter Stevie earlier this year. Stevie who was aged three passed away in June 2021.

The couple live in Worcester, but prior to that Naomi lived in Hereford and previously volunteered at the Covid test centre in Merton Meadow.

Naomi told us “Stevie passed away due to an undiagnosed bowel condition, she was never poorly, but in the weeks leading up to her tragic death she was getting noticeably more and more tired. On 21st June 2021 she was rushed into hospital and I never got to speak to her again”

Naomi added “After going through the most horrendous thing imaginable to a parent in 2021 myself and Barri have decided to launch our own charity to assist other unfortunate people who are in a similar position. We will use any money raised to launch a charity to provide emotional, spiritual and practical support to other parents; this will include assisting with the considerable costs involved with headstones (Hence – Stevie Stones). The money raised during this “Around the World – Stevie Steps” endeavour will be the foundation on which this charity is built”
