The COVID-19 infection rate in Herefordshire is showing continued signs of falling, after a significant rise earlier this month. Both areas of South Wye that were seeing infection rates of above 400 cases per 100,000 population have now seen infection rates drop to below this number.

Today’s data (seven days ending 22nd November) shows an infection rate in Herefordshire of 117.7 cases per 100,000 population. This is DOWN on data recorded yesterday (seven days ending 21st November) that showed an infection rate of 124 cases per 100,000 population.
