A section of the M5 is closed this evening due to a wildfire next to the carriageway.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Constabulary said:
“We have currently closed the M5 northbound, between junctions 12 and 11, due to a grass fire nearby, resulting in smoke blowing on to the carriageway.
“The fire service is currently at the scene. Drivers are advised to find alternative routes.”
