A section of the A49 is closed this morning following a collision.
The collision has occurred on the A49, just north of Craven Arms in Shropshire.
West Mercia Police have confirmed that a full road closure is in place and that West Midlands Ambulance Service are also in attendance.
A spokesperson said:
“There has been a collision south of Wistanstow at the junction of the A489 & A49 in Shropshire.
“Full closures are in place, please avoid the area.
“Thank you for your patience.”
The road is expected to remain closed for the next couple of hours and motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
