Residents in Ross-on-Wye have shared their anger after wreaths were removed from a remembrance memorial and dumped in flower beds.
Rebecca Dazeley commented on The Ross-on-Wye Noticeboard Facebook saying:
“I don’t think that these were meant to be in the flower beds, so I’ve placed them back by the memorial.”
Charlotte Reynolds responded to the post by commenting:
“I was concerned that this may happen after all the anti-social behaviour that has been happening.”
John Windridge said:
“These people need educating.”
One person responded by saying that around 16 wreaths had been laid at the memorial over recent days, in remembrance of those that have lost their lives in conflict.
