Herefordshire Council has this afternoon confirmed that remedial work is to take place on St Owen Street in Hereford.

Disruption is likely to be minimal say Herefordshire Council while the work takes place.

The £1.1 million Cycle Contraflow scheme was completed just prior to Christmas and Herefordshire Council state that the additional work will be at no extra cost to Herefordshire Council.

More Details:

“Remedial works will be carried out on St Owen St following a quality review of the initial works undertaken as part of the cycle contraflow scheme. 

“Disruption will be minimal during the works.

“These works will be carried out at no additional cost to Herefordshire Council.”
