There hasn’t been the mad rush that some had predicted in Hereford this morning but there are plenty of people out and about getting a haircut or a few items from one of the non-essential retailers that have reopened today.
Small queues were spotted outside some hairdressers and also a fairly large queue was also seen outside Primark.
Pubs and restaurants will reopen later for outdoor dining with many reporting a huge uptake in the number of people booking tables. Despite a covering of snow this morning, the weather to the remainder of the week looks much better.
