Police are appealing for information to help locate an elderly man who has been reported missing from South Cerney (Gloucestershire) yesterday (Tuesday 1 November).
Jorg, aged 87, was last seen when he left home to visit a relative at 1pm and has not returned since which is out of character.
He left in his car, a red Toyota Yaris, with the registration RX19 SFJ.
It is believed that Jorg may be attempting to sleep in his car and officers are asking people to report any sightings of the vehicle.
Jorg is described as being white, of a medium build, around 5ft 9ins tall and has grey hair which is balding on the top.
When last seen he was wearing baggy blue jeans, a navy zip up cardigan with a white pattern across the front and sleeves as well as shoes described as being “clumpy”.
Officers are currently searching for Jorg and anyone who has seen him since this afternoon is asked to please make contact.
