Cotswold Police have issued three fines to members of the public after they breached COVID-19 restrictions at a popular viewpoint in Gloucestershire.
Shab Hill viewpoint at Birdlip is popular with walkers and has also been described in the past as a ‘popular dogging spot’ and therefore some members of the public reacted to the news over the weekend with some humorous remarks.
Cotswold Police haven’t gone into any further details as to the reasoning behind the fines, other than that the trio were breaching COVID-19 regulations. Let’s hope it wasn’t an embarrassing moment for the individuals concerned.
