West Mercia Police have issued an alert after receiving reports of two males acting suspicious in Herefordshire.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Over the last couple of evenings we’ve received reports of suspicious activity in the Burley Gate area. Around 10.30pm Fri 22 April, person(s) have tried to force a garage door at a residential property. The offender(s) may have been disturbed and then left.
“Shortly after 9pm Sat 23 April, 2 males described as aged 30’s were disturbed on a farm in the area, they ran off to an area between Burley Gate and Ullingswick.
“Any information about this or any other incident, please email the team at bromyard.snt@westmercia.police.uk.
“Alternatively, if you do not feel comfortable contacting the Police with information, reports can be made anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers, either via tel 0800 555 111 or via their website www.crimestoppers-uk.org
“Crimestoppers guarantee anonymity; they do not ask for personal details, calls and IP addresses are not recorded.”
