West Mercia Police officers are in attendance at an incident on a major route in Herefordshire this morning.
There is heavy traffic due to a police incident on the A449 (Worcester Road) near Ledbury, in both directions from the A438 High Street to A449 Cut Throat Lane.
The road is likely to remain closed for some time with further delays expected in the area.
Motorists are being advised to use an alternative route.
