West Mercia Police have arrested a driver on suspicion of drug driving in Herefordshire this afternoon.
A spokesperson for OPU Herefordshire (West Mercia Police) said:
“This was a treat! Our third driver of the day arrested on suspicion of drug drive went all out with a smashed windscreen and a load precariously pearched on the back.
“Driver dealt with in custody and vehicle prohibited.”
