West Mercia Police officers are appealing for witnesses following a disturbing incident in Worcester over the weekend.
From West Mercia Police:
“Officers believe he may be able to assist with our enquiries into a report of arson in Worcester on Saturday 15 October.
“The incident happened on Kilbury Drive, Worcester, at around 2.45am.
“A vehicle was set alight and caused damage to a house where the occupants were sleeping.
“Officers from West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene.
“We would like to hear from anyone who recognises this man, and also anyone who may have seen the incident or captured it on CCTV.
