Officers are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a car outside Stanley Road Primary School on Stanley Road in Worcester.

The incident happened this afternoon (24 November) around 3pm when a silver Ford Fiesta was in a collision with a pedestrian.

Investigating officers are appealing for information from the public including dash-cam footage.

PC Warren said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the incident this afternoon. A six-year-old boy was taken to Birmingham Children’s hospital with serious injuries.

“We are especially keen to see any dash-cam footage from the area at the time of the incident. If you have any information, please contact us.”
