Plans have been approved for a building in Hereford to become home to 27 en-suite student rooms.
The planning application included plans for the proposed conversion of Sullivan House building on Widemarsh Street to student accommodation to include 27en-suite rooms, common rooms, recreation areas, cycle storage and circulation space with associated external alterations.
The plans were submitted by agent Tompkins Thomas Planning, on behalf of Manbro Developments and have been approved (subject to conditions) by Herefordshire Council.
