A planning application has been submitted to Herefordshire Council for a three-storey apartment building to be built on land that used to be home to the Sportsman pub on Widemarsh Common.
The plans submitted to Herefordshire Council include:
“Proposed three storey apartment building to provide six residential apartments along with associate infrastructure including cycle store, bin store, parking and access, the creation of passing bays, landscaping, the provision of amenity space, and green infrastructure.”
