A planning application has been submitted to Herefordshire Council, for 27 en-suite student rooms in a building on Widemarsh Street in Hereford.
The planning application includes plans for the proposed conversion of Sullivan House building to student accommodation to include 27en-suite rooms, common rooms, recreation areas, cycle storage and circulation space with associated external alterations.
The plans have been submitted by agent Tompkins Thomas Planning, on behalf of Manbro Developments.
