From Hereford Cops:
Over recent days there have been a number of incidents involving off road bikes being used either on the road or off road without the landowners permission. We’ve received reports of such activity in Wellington, Tillington and the Barons Cross area of Leominster. We’re particularly keen to identify this male seen in the attached image.
For those that own these bikes, they are not road legal and cannot be used on the road. You must have the landowners permission to use them off road. Police can issue a Section 59 warning under the Police Reform Act to those using these bikes illegally and potentially sieze and crush the bikes.
