Hereford Medical Group has confirmed that a new telephone system will go live this Friday.
A post on the Hereford Medical Group’s Facebook page said:
We have some exciting news!
On Friday this week a new phone system will be installed at Hereford Medical Group.
We have been preparing internally for this change over the past few months, behind the scenes work to get the system ready has been going on for a couple of weeks with engineers on-site and the ‘go live’ date is Friday 1st April (this is not an April Fools’!).
We discussed the new phone system at our recent Patient Participation Group meeting and both our patients, and team, are feeling really positive about the change.
We’d like to thank our patients in advance for working with us as we transition to the new phone system.
