A man was arrested on Wednesday evening on suspicion of public order offences and sending malicious communications.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Around 10pm on Wednesday (3 November) officers received a report concerned for the safety of a man in Hereford.
“Officers attended Hereford railway station and a search of the area was conducted with the support of British Transport Police and the National Air Police Service.
“Around 45 minutes later the man was located.
“A 61-year-old man from Hereford was arrested on suspicion of public order offences and sending malicious communications.
“He remains in custody and enquiries are ongoing.”
