Officers are appealing for witnesses or information following an assault in Ross-on-Wye.
The incident happened in Brookend Street between 6.45pm and 7pm on Wednesday 31 March when a man is reported to have assaulted another man in an alleyway.
PC Daniel Underwood said: “I’d appeal to anyone who saw this incident to please get in touch with us. We believe there were members of the public shopping at a store opposite this alleyway at the time of the incident so it is possible that someone may have seen what happened.”
