Major disruption is expected in Hereford during April, with a section of the A49 closed for improvement works.
An update on the Herefordshire Council Roadworks website says:
“The A49 will be closed Northbound and Southbound between Mayberry Avenue and Asda roundabout overnight from 3rd April – 29th April between the hours of 8pm and 6am. A diversion route will be in place.”
Access will remain available for the emergency services and local residents.
