Escaped the worst of hay fever so far this year? Well, sadly that could be about to change.
The pollen index for Herefordshire is indicating that ‘very high’ levels of pollen will be affecting the county over the next five days (Friday-Tuesday), before dropping back down to medium on Wednesday.

With temperatures likely to be in the high 20’s and the sun expected to be shining, many people will be heading outdoors to the seaside or local beauty spots, but hay fever sufferers are being warned to take precautions with them and to expect the worst.
With the grass pollen season about to peak, the vast majority of people that suffer with hay fever will see some symptoms at the very least over the coming days.
