A huge fireball has lit up the sky above Herefordshire, with thousands of sightings reported across the UK.
The UK Meteor Network received hundreds of reports of sightings of the fireball at shortly after midnight on Thursday morning.
Sightings were recorded in areas including Somerset, Herefordshire, Devon and the Bristol Channel areas.
