Emergency services responded to a collision in Herefordshire this morning. 

The collision occurred on the A4103 between Hereford and Worcester, near Newtown Crossroads. 

A spokesperson for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue told Your Herefordshire:

“Two Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Hereford Fire Station were called at 07:43 on 11 November to an RTC in Lower Eggleton. 

“Two vehicles were involved. One female casualty was trapped and she was released by paramedics (log 1287) who also assessed one male casualty. 

“Both vehicles were made safe with the incident left in the hands of the police. The incident was marked as pending closure at 08:26.”
