Hereford Medical Group has issued the following statement today, confirming that it is again currently at ‘full capacity’ for appointments.
This is a theme that is presenting itself across the country, as GP practices struggle to cope with a surge in demand following the COVID-19 pandemic.
The statement, shared on its Facebook page said:
“Due to extremely high levels of demand, we are currently at full capacity for appointments.
“We thank you all for your understanding, and we ask that all patients remain courteous to staff when in contact with the surgery as they are working under enormous amounts pressure to meet demand.”
