Hereford FC Chairman Chris Ammonds spoke to Matt Healey about the re-development of the Blackfriars Terrace. The terrace was originally condemned in 2009 with a temporary stand being installed for two seasons. Then in 2012 half of the terrace was re-opened, but would close permanently in 2013 due to safety issues.
