Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Fownhope, Hereford and Bromyard rescued two sheep from a river in Herefordshire yesterday.
A spokesperson for Bromyard Fire Station said:
“Crews from Hereford, Fownhope & Bromyard were call yesterday to rescue some sheep that had got in to difficult in the river, crews located 2 that were unable to get themselves back up the embankment to the the field, a Water First Responder team entered the water and they were able to bringing them to the side of the river where the other crews were able to bring them to safety.”
