Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from across Herefordshire & Worcestershire are currently in attendance at a building fire next to the Old Eye Hospital building in Hereford.
Crews attended the incident at shortly after 6.30pm this evening and remain on the scene. The footpath has also been cordoned off and members of the public are advised to avoid the area for the time being.
Eign Street is closed in both directions.
